Planting the Seeds for Your Social Media Success

Fresh Growth Media started the way the best things usually do — with a simple idea and a whole lot of passion.

As a female-owned business, it was built on the belief that social media isn't just about posting pretty pictures. It's about telling a story, growing real connections, and helping brands flourish.

After earning my degree in Public Relations from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, I spent years working across industries — civil engineering, aesthetics, gyms, higher education, nonprofits, hair salons, influencers, hemp brands, and wellness brands. Each experience shaped how I think about strategy, content, and what it actually takes to reach the right people online.

The name Fresh Growth Media comes from my love of houseplants and the idea that a strong online presence grows the same way — with intention, patience, and the right environment. My social media management packages are built around that: giving your business the consistent, intentional care it needs to grow while you focus on running it.

When I'm not deep in content strategy or managing accounts, you'll find me at a concert, hunting for vinyl, thrifting, or holding an iced coffee in weather that absolutely doesn't call for it. At home I'm a wife, a mom, and pet parent to my mini Aussie, Mabel, and my cat, Archie.
